A low 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. Installation of your marquee is 1-4 days prior to your event date. We take everything away 1-4 days after your event date.

OUR 2023/24 REAL TIME AVAILABILITY
Installation Date Calendar
This calendar shows our real time installation slot availability (when our team can install your marquee). During peak season (April – September & Christmas) we are typically booked out 3-12 months in advance.
If your event date falls on a weekend, please note we typically install your marquee during one of the weekdays leading up to your weekend. So if we have no availability during the week leading up to your weekend event date, we are fully booked. Weekend installations can be arranged at a premium rate with agreement in advance.
Is your event date flexible?
We sometimes have one off special offers. Look for green/yellow “available” marquee installation dates. Check the red triangle for any special offers

Note our install team usually work Mon – Fri unless otherwise agreed. Weekend installation dates are charged at a premium. We have capacity for 2/3 marquee installations per day depending on size & location.

Mark can visit your garden or venue and come up with some inspiring ideas to make sure your event is the very best it can be.
DEPOSIT
A low, 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. This can be paid by debit & credit card as well as online.
INSTALL
Our award-winning & friendly team will typically install your marquee 1-2 days prior to your event date.
LETS PARTY!
It’s time to WOW your guests as they arrive into your marquee. Helping you make memories & experiences that will last a liftime.
Most successful events start with a site visit. Company Director, Mark will come to your garden or venue and asses the area and discuss your event details with you.
Our award winning team shall typically set up on a Thur/Friday (if your event falls on a weekend.
You keep the marquee for the whole weekend unless agreed otherwise and we shall come on Monday or Tuesday to take it all away for you.
