The Level 2 service is perfect for people who are bringing in some of their own suppliers, or perhaps for smaller events where you would like to utilise our event experience and network of preferred suppliers to bring on board for your special event.

This Level 3 Event Management service is perfect for people who want the most unforgettable event without the hassle of liaising with suppliers, coordinating all suppliers leading up to the event and want to feel like a guest of their own event rather than being a host. Your on the day/night event coordinator (who has over 14 year's experience managing weddings, large corporate & private events) is on hand during the crucial hours before guests arrive and during the event to make sure your dream marquee venue is set up perfectly and all suppliers are dealt with when they arrive.
The on the day coordinator ensures the planned itinerary timings are kept as tight as they can be with no delays. It leaves you with complete peace of mind everything is under control during your big event.

Leaving your venue totally clean straight after your event - as if we were never there. After your event, the marquee, surrounding areas (and house if applicable) is cleaned by professional cleaners and all rubbish (excluding catering) is removed leaving your site/garden spotless leaving is exactly how it was 48 hours before your event.

Your on the day/night event coordinator will be a truly invaluable service. They will be your go to person to sort all of your last minute tasks out that quite simply, you will not have time to do on the day.
You will have access to contact your event coordinator in the run up to your event to discuss your event itinerary to ensure no stone is left unturned.
They will allow you to become a guest of your very own event rather than a host. They will allow you to enjoy whatever you are celebrating in company of your closest friends & family.
You’ll be able to play a part of your event without having the worry of when to turn on the generator, the marquee heater or whether the bar has everything it needs to be stocked up.
