Wow wow wow Abacus, I have just celebrated my 50th Birthday party and just want to thank you all so much for your brilliant service, team, quality of marquee and everything in it, your advice and professionalism.
 
From the moment we met Mark the owner of Abacus on a site visit for our event we knew it was the right decision to go with Abacus, I put a lot of faith in them and they certainly did not let me down.
 
My event coordinator was always at the end of the phone if I had any questions leading up to my party and they gave me great advice helping me turn my vision into a reality.
 
They introduced me to DJ Panico who absolutely made the night he was fantastic and had my family and friends up dancing all night long, we highly recommend him!
 
Huge thanks to Ben, Kieran, Rick, George, Jake and Matt for setting up the marquee and everything in it including LED Bar, LED dance floor, starlight cloth interior, doors on the front of the marquee they were hardworking, professional and really worked as a team they were here all day and were an absolute pleasure, nothing was too much trouble and just got on with it!
 
The same goes for them taking it down and packing it all up after the party. The marquee looked absolutely sensational and everything was such good quality inside and out.

Your very own Event Coordinator

Your on the day/night event coordinator will be a truly invaluable service.  They will be your go to person to sort all of your last minute tasks out that quite simply, you will not have time to do on the day.

You will have access to contact your event coordinator in the run up to your event to discuss your event itinerary to ensure no stone is left unturned.

They will allow you to become a guest of your very own event rather than a host.  They will allow you to enjoy whatever you are celebrating in company of your closest friends & family.

You’ll be able to play a part of your event without having the worry of when to turn on the generator, the marquee heater or whether the bar has everything it needs to be stocked up.

They will welcome guests as they arrive and direct them to where they need to be.  They will ensure all event staff are in the right place at the right time.  They will be your event superstar that you probably didn’t think you needed at first, but are now so grateful for them.

They will ensure you and your guests create memories & experiences you will never forget.

Abacus helped create Seth & Fiona’s son’s farmyard themed Barmitzvah come true in their fantastic farm venue in Ware.

We helped bring in event infrastructure including marquee theming & design, power generators, event loos, outside lighting, furniture and our event coordinator on the day as their go-to helping hand eliminating any on the day event stresses away from Seth & Fiona.

Abacus Marquees were exceptional from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout, and Donna came out for a site visit where she was incredibly thorough, making helpful adjustments to our order where needed and making the whole process feel really organised and easy. On the setup and takedown, Dean and his team were superb and worked extremely hard. Everything ran smoothly, and the marquee itself looked stunning on the day. It was exactly what we needed and meant we didn’t have to do much to make it look beautiful for our wedding. I can’t rate them highly enough.

Abacus Marquees did such a great job for my son's 18th birthday. We had a 6x9m marquee in our garden in London with difficult access and site specifics to work around which they did brilliantly and cheerfully. A great team. Super helpful and it looked great. Highly recommend.
