We hired Abacus for our garden wedding in June and had the sailcloth marquee. They supplied everything from the marquee itself, to the generator, toilets, bar, tables, chairs etc. The team set up on the hottest days of the year with no complaints - they are all so friendly and work extremely hard to make the set up perfect. They also catered for last minute changes, are flexible and have great customer service. Really nice people. Would definitely recommend Abaucus for any event - we were so pleased with the whole experience!

Absolutely 5 stars all round. I ordered tables, chairs and champagne glasses for my husbands wake (not typically the most joyful of events) but seeing the garden laid out with beautiful round tables, having freshly laundered table cloths and champagne flutes in abundance.. my husbands ‘leaving doo’ was fantastic.. Abacus event hire were fantastic from start to finish. They just made such a sad day so much easier to bare. With empathy all round, and swift delivery and pick ups. Highly recommend.

Note our install team usually work Mon – Fri unless otherwise agreed. Weekend installation dates are charged at a premium. We have capacity for 2/3 marquee installations per day depending on size & location.

DEPOSIT
A low, 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. This can be paid by debit & credit card as well as online.
INSTALL
Our award-winning & friendly team will typically install your marquee 1-2 days prior to your event date.
LETS PARTY!
It’s time to WOW your guests as they arrive into your marquee. Helping you make memories & experiences that will last a liftime.
Most successful events start with a site visit. Company Director, Mark will come to your garden or venue and asses the area and discuss your event details with you.
Our award winning team shall typically set up on a Wed/Thur/Friday (if your event falls on a weekend.
You keep the marquee for the whole weekend unless agreed otherwise and we shall come on Monday or Tuesday to take it all away for you.
