Wow wow wow Abacus, I have just celebrated my 50th Birthday party and just want to thank you all so much for your brilliant service, team, quality of marquee and everything in it, your advice and professionalism.
 
From the moment we met Mark the owner of Abacus on a site visit for our event we knew it was the right decision to go with Abacus, I put a lot of faith in them and they certainly did not let me down.
 
My event coordinator was always at the end of the phone if I had any questions leading up to my party and they gave me great advice helping me turn my vision into a reality.
 
They introduced me to DJ Panico who absolutely made the night he was fantastic and had my family and friends up dancing all night long, we highly recommend him!
 
Huge thanks to Ben, Kieran, Rick, George, Jake and Matt for setting up the marquee and everything in it including LED Bar, LED dance floor, starlight cloth interior, doors on the front of the marquee they were hardworking, professional and really worked as a team they were here all day and were an absolute pleasure, nothing was too much trouble and just got on with it!
 
The same goes for them taking it down and packing it all up after the party. The marquee looked absolutely sensational and everything was such good quality inside and out.

From the planning stage, Adam answered every question that needed to be addressed and provided helpful advice, especially as this was my first time hiring a marquee for an event. Abacus Marquee really stood out from other companies in providing a great party for us all at a great price. We had an amazing crew setting up and taking down, they were polite, mindful of everything around them. Went that extra mile to get everything perfect. We had a 6 x12 marquee in Feb, it was warm, great lighting with a disco ball, good sound system and dancefloor. The price was really competitive, Adam was brilliant in understanding our needs and communicating all that to the team. I have done millions of events for corporates but this was a private event and I was really impressed with the company.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish! I hired Abacus Marquee for my 40th birthday as I wanted to celebrate at home (much easier with two young children), and it was everything and more than I expected. From the very first visit, Adam and the team came out, talked through exactly what I wanted, and really listened to my needs. The customer service was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. When the marquee was installed, it honestly blew my mind. It looked even better than the photos and completely transformed my garden into what felt like a nightclub! The lighting, black and white dance floor, and overall setup were incredible – guests couldn’t believe it was at a my house and kept saying it looked like I’d hired an actual venue. I was worried about it being cold as it’s February, but the heating worked perfectly. In fact, we only needed it on for about 30 minutes before the space was warm enough, and then it stayed comfortable all evening. The team were true professionals – efficient, friendly, and clearly experts at what they do. There was absolutely no damage to the garden, everything was installed and removed with care, and once the glasses were cleared it was left spotless and easy to tidy up. It was also great value for money considering the quality and impact of the setup. I genuinely couldn’t recommend them enough and am already thinking of another event just so I can have another marquee! A huge thank you to Adam and the whole team for making my 40th so special – the best experience and an unforgettable night.
